Architect Vũ Đức Chiến, widely known as Chiến Bầu, is a creative force in Vietnam’s architectural and urban design community. He is the founder of Urban Sketchers Vietnam, a network that brings together architects, designers, and artists to capture and celebrate the evolving urban landscape through sketching and visual storytelling.

With a background in architecture and years of hands-on experience in design and project development, Chiến has built a reputation for blending artistic vision with practical execution. His approach is deeply rooted in understanding the spirit of a place, translating cultural, social, and commercial insights into spaces that are both functional and inspiring.

At Kim Tài Property Solutions, Chiến takes on the role of Retail Project Director, where he leads the creative and technical development of retail projects. He works closely with clients, partners, and the internal team to craft innovative retail concepts and environments that resonate with modern consumers while delivering strong commercial performance.

His dual lens as both an architect and an urban sketcher allows him to see retail spaces not only as transactional hubs, but also as cultural and experiential destinations. Chiến’s addition to the Kim Tài leadership team reflects the company’s commitment to pioneering sustainable, visionary, and community-driven retail development in Vietnam.
