Position: Leasing Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities across our retail and commercial real estate projects. This role will be at the forefront of building strong tenant relationships, negotiating strategic leases, and helping shape exciting destinations for our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental performance.

• Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential tenants across retail and commercial categories.

• Manage relationships with existing tenants, ensuring satisfaction and timely renewals.

• Work closely with project, design, and operations teams to align leasing strategies with project objectives.

• Conduct market research on rental rates, competitor properties, and emerging retail trends.

• Prepare leasing reports, proposals, and presentations for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in leasing, tenant relations, or retail development (commercial real estate experience preferred).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English preferred.

Position: Client & Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client & Project Manager who can take ownership of both client relationships and project execution. This role is key to ensuring that our clients are supported with clear communication while projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and ensure expectations are clearly defined and met.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and project updates.
• Project Management Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Work closely with internal teams (consulting, research, design) to ensure smooth execution.
• Track progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Document project progress, prepare reports, and support strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or consulting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable managing both clients and internal teams.
